Tenants

Tenant Fees Apply (18+)

All fees include VAT and once paid the property is reserved until the reference is completed

One applicant per property £180
Two applicants £360
Further applicants £120
Guarantor per applicant £100
Three students or more plus guarantor living in a student house £150 per student

All properties will incur an inventory check in and check out fee

The Landlord is responsible for the ingoing and the Tenant is responsible for outgoing
