Charles

Owner | Director

Charles is the eponymous head of the company. He has many years in property sales and lettings.

Charles joined his father’s estate agency in Sheffield, Yorkshire in 1970. After working his way up to Director he moved to the south of England in the early 1990s as Regional Director of the Halifax. He then opened this business in Chichester, where he lives, in February 2002.

He loves cooking and growing his own vegetables. He also enjoys country pursuits, fishing shooting and cycling.

Jonny

Sales Director

Jonny is the Sales Director at Charles Peck and further adds to the firm’s wealth of experience and knowledge having worked within the Chichester property market for over 11 years.

His local market knowledge and friendly proactive approach serves him well when out on valuations.

Outside work Jonny enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children and is also a keen sportsman.

Rebecca

Retirement Specialist | Sales Negotiator

Rebecca has worked for Charles Peck since  April 2011.

She is an experienced property manager skilled in progressing sales.

Rebecca’s negotiation skills assist our sellers to get the best prices.

Rebecca is also our retirement specialist. She is passionate about helping people.

Eleana

Sales Negotiator

Eleana is passionate about property and strives to provide the best possible customer experience. Her professionalism, organisational skills and ability to multi-task ensures operational efficiency and optimisation throughout the sales process.

Sally

Accounts Manager | Director

Sally is in charge of the business accounts. She likes a challenge with figures and ensures landlords receive their rent.

She loves the theatre especially ballet and enjoys gardening and the occasional game of bridge.

Freya

Lettings Manager

Freya’s local market knowledge, ability to problem solve and positive, professional manner make her a key member of the team. Her enthusiastic and friendly approach is well received by clients in her role as Lettings Manager. She will always do her best to give our Landlords and Tenants the best possible service.

Poppy

Lettings Negotiator

Poppy is our Lettings Negotiator. She is kind, positive and always strives to bring the best customer service. Poppy has a composed and professional manner and is always there to help our Landlords and Tenants when they need her.

Saran

Marketing

As our in-house photographer, Saran is responsible for shooting the wide array of property we market at Charles Peck. In addition to her creative role, she oversees the production and delivery of all marketing and editorial output, providing invaluable support to our team.
